During my recent business trip to Bergamo, I had the pleasure of staying at Mille E Una Notte, a charming gem tucked away in Citta Alta. This hotel’s prime location was perfect for my family, offering stunning views just 300 metres from the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore—an absolute treat for anyone who appreciates history and culture. Despite being on a lively street, the property managed to maintain a calm atmosphere, possibly thanks to excellent glazing, which allowed us to relax after busy days exploring. The accommodation itself was simply furnished but surprisingly neat, featuring comfortable air-conditioned rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV—ideal for winding down while catching up on emails or enjoying a family movie night. I particularly appreciated the hosts’ prompt communication, which made our stay seamless and enjoyable. Mille E Una Notte is a fantastic base for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the lively yet picturesque charm of Bergamo while having the comforts of home.
